Kelley Croft is a massage therapist trending for bringing up serious allegations of s*xual assault against New York Knicks and New York Rangers owner James L. Dolan.

According to the suit filed Tuesday, January 16th, Kelley was coerced into having s*x with James Dolan and was also s*xually assaulted by Harvey Weinstein.

The suit claims that Dolan pressured Croft to have s*x after a massage appointment while she was working on an Eagles tour in 2013.

She alleges that Dolan ignored her resistance and then summoned her to his room several more times on the tour, pressuring her to have s*x.

The suit also alleges that Dolan arranged for her to meet with Weinstein, who, she alleges, s*xually assaulted her at the Peninsula hotel in Beverly Hills in 2014.

The suit accuses Dolan of s*x trafficking.

So who is Kelley Croft? The Associated Press reports…

In 2013, plaintiff Kellye Croft was a 27-year-old licensed massage therapist working on a tour for The Eagles.

Dolan’s band, JD & The Straight Shot, opened for the rock band.

Dolan, who was 58 at the time, allegedly used his power and influence on the tour to repeatedly manipulate and pressure Croft “to submit to s*x with him,” the lawsuit states.

When the tour traveled to Los Angeles, Dolan flew Croft there even though almost no tour members signed up for massage appointments, the lawsuit states.

Dolan then continued to “s*xually exploit” her and orchestrated a seemingly random meeting between Croft and Weinstein, a friend of his, in a hotel elevator in early 2014, the suit alleges.

Weinstein offered her opportunities to work on film sets, according to the lawsuit, and changed into a loosely tied bathrobe in his suite and asked Croft to give him a massage.

She felt uncomfortable and left the suite, but Weinstein, still in the bathrobe, followed her, the suit charges.

He forced his way into her hotel room and s*xually assaulted her, the lawsuit states.

When she told Dolan of the alleged attack, he neither seemed surprised nor offered to help her report the assault to police, she alleges.

Croft alleges that Dolan knew about Weinstein’s misconduct toward women and told her “we all know” that Weinstein “has problems.”

“Indeed, with his comments, Ms. Croft felt that Dolan completely dismissed the gravity of the situation and did not truly care about what his friend had done to her,” the suit states.

Dolan was a member of the board of directors for Weinstein’s film production company for about a year between 2015 and 2016.

In 2017, Dolan was named in a lawsuit against members of the board that alleged they were aware of Weinstein’s conduct toward women but did not try to stop it.

Croft, now 38, is seeking a jury trial and unspecified damages.

“I have suffered so profoundly because of what James Dolan and Harvey Weinstein did to me years ago, and it was not an easy decision to come forward and seek justice,” she said in a statement.

“But for me, to truly address my trauma, I need to seek accountability.”

Reacting to the news, E. Danya Perry, attorney to James Dolan said: “Kelley Croft and James Dolan had a friendship,” Perry said in a statement.

“Bottom line, this is not a he said/she said matter and there is compelling evidence to back up our position. We look forward to proving that in court.”

Attorneys for Weinstein also dismissed the allegations from Kelley Croft.

“Mr. Weinstein vehemently denies these meritless allegations and looks forward to litigating these claims in a court of law where the truth will be revealed,” lawyer Jennifer Bonjean said in a statement.

The lawsuit makes some stunning claims which are listed in the report below…

Madison Square Garden boss and Knicks owner James Dolan has been linked to fallen movie maker Harvey Weinstein in a new federal lawsuit accusing the pair of sex trafficking and sexual assault.

According to a complaint filed Tuesday, Dolan used his influence to take advantage of a 27-year-old massage therapist.

The woman, Kelley Croft, alleges Dolan manipulated her into an abusive sexual relationship during a 2013 concert tour for his band, “JD and the Straight Shot,” which opened for the Eagles.

“Dolan quickly manipulated the vulnerable and isolated woman — who was 30 years younger than him — into a s*xual relationship,” according to Croft’s lawsuit, which was filed by attorney Douglas Wigdor.

He also “coordinated” a meeting between Croft and Weinstein, leading to the movie mogul s*xually assaulting her in 2014, the lawsuit alleges.

“I have suffered so profoundly because of what James Dolan and Harvey Weinstein did to me years ago, and it was not an easy decision to come forward and seek justice,” Croft said in a statement Tuesday.

“James Dolan manipulated me, brought me to California to abuse me, and then set me up for a vicious attack by Weinstein.”

Dolan has claimed he knew nothing about Weinstein’s long history as a s*x predator, even writing a song in 2018 about the sins of his some of his powerful friends called “I Should’ve Known,” according to the lawsuit.

Dolan and Croft first met in November 2013, after she was hired as a massage therapist for the Eagles’ Glenn Frey during the band’s “History of the Eagles — Live in Concert” tour, the suit alleges.

“She had not traveled extensively before, had never lived on her own, and had never spent more than a few nights away from her tight-knit Tennessee community,” according to the suit.

Dolan scheduled a massage with her and offered to help her with a conflict that had arisen between her and the tour manager, the suit alleges.

From there, he made aggressive advances toward her and started pressuring her into unwanted s*xual encounters.

Dolan and Eagles manager Irving Azoff, whose management company is also named as a defendant, flew Croft out to California and set her up in her own room at the Forum — though no tour members ever used her services there, according to the suit. Azoff is not personally named as a defendant.

She first encountered Weinstein on Jan. 21, 2014, after Dolan encouraged her to join two female assistants from Irving Azoff Management she’d never met on a shopping trip in Los Angeles.

When she returned to the Peninsula Hotel she met Weinstein, who struck up a conversation and told her Dolan was “one of his best friends” and asked if she was “the massage therapist,” the suit alleges.

Weinstein offered her work on movie sets, then invited her into his suite to discuss that offer.

Once inside, he tried to persuade her to model the clothes she had bought, changed into a loose-fitting bath robe after he went to the bathroom, and tried to pressure her into massaging him on the bed while he was n*ked, the suit alleges.

She convinced him to let her leave his suite, but he followed her to her hotel room and tried to force himself on her, stopping only when Dolan called her room, she alleges.

After she told Dolan what happened, he was dismissive of her, according to the suit.

“Dolan was not at all surprised by the fact that Ms. Croft had ‘randomly’ happened to meet one of his ‘best friends’ at the hotel. Nor, incredibly, did Dolan express any surprise at the news that Weinstein was ‘sexually aggressive’ with Ms. Croft,” the suit reads.

To the contrary, Dolan responded to Ms. Croft’s report of s*xual assault in a completely matter-of-fact tone, noting that Weinstein was ‘a troubled person’ that had a lot of ‘serious issues,’ but that his friends were ‘trying to get him to address’ those issues,” the suit continues.

“Mr. Weinstein vehemently denies the allegations and looks forward to the truth being revealed in a court of law,” his lawyer Jennifer Bonjean said Tuesday of Croft’s suit.

“There is absolutely no merit to any of the allegations against Mr. Dolan. Kellye Croft and James Dolan had a friendship,” E. Danya Perry of the firm Perry Law said in a statement Tuesday. “The references to Harvey Weinstein are simply meant to inflame and appear to be plagiarized from prior cases against Mr. Weinstein. These claims reflect an act of retaliation by an attorney who has brought multiple cases against Mr. Dolan and has not, and cannot, win a judgement against him.”

“Mr. Dolan always believed Ms. Croft to be a good person and is surprised she would agree to these claims. Bottom line, this is not a he said/she said matter and there is compelling evidence to back up our position. We look forward to proving that in court,” Perry said.
