Tifany Machel Adams, Veronica Butler’s mother-in-law from hell, and her boyfriend as well as two other accomplices have been arrested and charged with murder and kidnapping.

43-year-old Tad Bert Cullum, 54-year-old Tifany Machel Adams, 50-year-old Cole Earl Twombly, and 44-year-old Cora Twombly were arrested in Texas and Cimarron Counties on April 13th, 2024.

All four individuals were booked into the Texas County Jail on two counts of First-Degree Murder, two counts of Kidnapping, and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the First Degree.

They are the prime suspects in the disappearance of two Oklahoma moms, Veronica Butler and Jillian Kelley, whose remains are now confirmed to have been discovered.

Butler, 27, and Kelly, 39, were traveling together to pick up Butler’s children aged 6 and 8 years old on March 30th when they disappeared.

The disappearance came amidst a nasty custody battle between Butler, her ex-husband, Wrangler Cole Rickman, and her ex-mother-in-law.

According to MailOnline, the two moms are believed to have been shot after authorities discovered pools of blood next to their empty car about 1,000 feet off of Oklahoma State Highway 95.

On Saturday, a convoy of 20 police vehicles including SWAT trucks was spotted travelling quickly along a dirt track in the Oklahoma panhandle.

The massive law enforcement presence was part of an operation to arrest these four suspects.

According to unconfirmed reports on social media, Adams has confessed to killing Butler and Kelley.

Adams is the grandmother of Butler’s kids and currently has custody of them amidst a bitter legal battle between her son and Veronica.

Kelley was a pastor’s wife and a court-appointed supervisor for Butler’s visitation of her kids.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation on Monday held a press conference in which it all but confirmed the two women were dead as their remains had been found.

“This case did not end the way we had hoped. It’s certainly been a tragedy for everyone involved,” OSBI Director Aungela Spurlock said.
