Shakeia Allen, 27, was shot and killed by her ex-boyfriend identified as Amir Johnson in Baltimore despite acquiring a restraining order against him.
At around 3 p.m. Sunday, officers with the Baltimore County Police Department were sent to the 8500 block of Walther Boulevard in Nottingham for a reported shooting.
Detectives found Allen fatally shot in the Unit Block of Whitelaw Place when they arrived.
A video that surfaced on social media later showed Shakeia being tracked down by her ex-boyfriend who shot her multiple times in broad daylight.

Court records indicate that in recent months, law enforcement had responded to multiple domestic disturbances at her former residence on Bayberry Road.
In late February, police were called to the residence after a report that her ex-boyfriend had assaulted her while she was in the process of moving her belongings out of the home.
Upon his arrest the following day, he relinquished a handgun that he had concealed in his waistband.
Officials are yet to publicly name a suspect but online reports have fingered him as Amir Johnson.
According to the latest reports, Johnson has yet to be arrested.
Baltimore County Homicide detectives have now taken over this investigation and are asking anyone with information pertinent to the case to contact 410-307-2020.
