Who is Brad Rowell? American Canyon Teacher Arrested on Campus for Having Inappropriate Contact with Minor

Brad Rowell, 41, a teacher with the American Canyon High School in California, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of having inappropriate contact with a minor.

In the morning of Monday, April 8th, American Canyon Police received information that Rowell was involved in inappropriate behavior with a student.

Subsequently, around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, officers stormed the campus of the school and after further investigations, Napa Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Rowell on campus.

Rowell was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections for three felony charges, which include contact with a minor for s*xual offense, s*xual exploitation of a child, and possession of obscene matter with a person under 18.

He is being held at Napa County Department of Corrections on $100,000 bail.

According to the American Canyon Police Department, the investigation is ongoing.

Meanwhile, a video shared by Vallejo Crime and Safety on Facebook showed the moment of Rowell’s arrest.

They also added that a young female student was also taken away in cuffs!

“In this video a grown man (teacher Brad Rowell) is arrested and taken off the property of American Canyon High school we are told.

“We are also told a young female left in cuffs but we won’t post her photo. It’s alleged that they were engaging in inappropriate activities,” the page writes.
