Tamica Webb is from Memphis, Tennessee and her daughter, Aryanna Rice was staying at Quad Webb’s house in Marietta, Georgia for a month-long vacation.

Unfortunately, Aryanna Rice appeared to have fallen into Quad Webb’s pool, leading to her death.

This happens a few months after a similar tragedy struck NFL star Shaq Barrett and his wife.

Aryanna Rice — the baby daughter of Tamica Webb, niece of actress Quad Webb  — was discovered by authorities around 8:30 p.m. local time on July 7th at home on Sherwood Lane in Marietta, Georgia. 

The home is the address of Quadriyyah “Quad” Webb, who is a main cast member on the show “Married to Medicine: Atlanta.”

Emergency responders had been called there on “reports of a drowning child,” police say, and were giving her medical aid when police arrived.

When officers got to the scene, they found firefighters giving the child medical aid. They took her to Scottish Rite Hospital, where she died.

Police spoke with two men who were visiting the home who said they were in the pool for around two hours from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., then got out and ordered pizza. The men said they went inside and hung out for a while, and when they went back downstairs, they saw what they thought was a doll in the pool.

The men realized it was the child, pulled her from the pool and called 911. She was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Officers determined that the child was the daughter of Tamica Webb from Memphis, Tenn. She was identified on the police report as Aryanna Rice.

Little has been revealed about who Tamica Webb is and what she does aside the fact she is related to Quad Webb and hails from Memphis, Tennessee. The family in a statement asked for privacy at this time.

“This has been an incredibly challenging experience for the entire family. Your understanding and support are deeply valued,” a rep for Tamica Webb’s aunt, Quad said. “In this trying time, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and compassion shown by the public, fans and media.”

“We kindly request much needed privacy during this period of mourning as Quad is taking time to grieve with her family.”

Quad Webb had paid tribute to adorable baby girl Aryanna earlier this year.

Quad posted photos of Tamica Webb baby who she called Ari, back in April on the her 3rd birthday. 

“Wow, I can’t believe my baby is 3 years old today!” she wrote, captioning a series of pictures of the little girl. “I remember you falling to sleep laying on my chest. You absolutely stole my heart from the moment I saw you. Ari you’re so special to me and I’m grateful to be apart of your life! I got you forever!!! Happy birthday chocolate drop.”
