The Best Fast and Furious Movies You Should Watch

Fast X very recently came out and we thought, why not just rank all of the movies for the sake of it? Fast and Furious has been around for a lot of years now. Like, a lot.

The movie nearly always starred Vin Diesel and Paul Walker, and honestly, the series was never the same after Paul Walker very sadly passed away. The franchise has always been about a passion for cars after they added a lot of action into the equation as well.

You may find Fast and Furious on your favorite channels if you have a Cable TV service such as Spectrum Cable.

Coming back to ranking the Fast and Furious movies, here are some of our favorites and why exactly they are our favorites:

1. The Fast and the Furious

The movie that started it all back in 2001. The movie was the best representation of what it is like to have a passion for cars and what’s under the hood. The movie had the best sense of betrayal, especially when it came to Brian and Dom. However, we were glad to see both of them put their differences aside and that is exactly what started their bond in the first place. Paul Walker and Vin Diesel had a beautiful kind of chemistry and even today, people miss that bond and Paul Walker very dearly. 

Everyone would agree when we say that there is no Fast and Furious without Paul Walker, but they are still trying their level best to make sure that the series is up to par. If you wish to see the original beauty of Fast and Furious, then you need to watch The Fast and the Furious. 

2. Fast Five

This one came out back in 2011 and it was one of the best ones in the series since a lot of things were catered to when it came to the plot of the movie. This was also the movie where Dwayne Johnson made his entry as Luke Hobbs, someone who is out to get Dom for his crimes. A fun fact about this movie is that someone left a comment online that they would love to see Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson go head to head and the director listened to what they had to say and made it happen!

In addition, this movie marked the beginning of the whole action element, where they used Dodge Chargers so that they could pull a steel safe for all the money inside. If you are looking for something fun and exhilarating to watch, then you most certainly need to watch Fast Five whenever you can for its great execution. 

3. Fast and Furious 6

This was the last movie that Paul Walker starred in and it was a pretty decent watch. However, the runway in the end had our attention when it just wouldn’t seem to end. The movie also had a lot of sentimental value, such as Han’s moments with Gisele and the return of Letty to the gang. We also got to see a bit of MMA champion Gina Carano in the movie as she fights the women of the gang. There were also a lot of crazy moments in the movie that openly defied the laws of physics. 

4. Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw

Even though this was a spin-off but it was still a good movie with its light-hearted comedy. In previous movies, Hobbs and Deckard Shaw (played by Jason Statham) had an ongoing rivalry and the most ironic thing about Hobbs and Shaw was that the movie was centered around them, their rivalry, and how they had to work together. In the movie, they must work together to find Shaw’s sister, Hattie Shaw. Hattie ends up kicking more butt than both of Hobbs and Shaw combined and that is one of the best elements of the movie. 

Another brilliant thing about the movie is that Idris Elba plays the villain and he has done a good job at it. He was pretty menacing as a villain and at one point we were like that he has to go. 

5. 2 Fast 2 Furious

This was yet another movie that did not revolve around Dom and Brian, in fact, it was centered around Brian and his childhood friend Roman (played by Tyrese Gibson). Both the actors were close friends in real life as well, which helps us understand Brian and Roman’s bond. In the movie, they bring down yet another Mafia boss through the power of cars (an Eclipse and an Evo). However, the weird thing about the movie was how magically Dom, Mia, and Letty had disappeared for the duration of this movie. 

However, this movie too is fun to watch, with its one-liners and light comedy. If you’re in the mood for watching something fun, then this movie is the one.
