Who was Stormie Lane? 18-Year-Old Killed By Truck Near Broken Bow

Stormie Lane was a Broken Bow woman killed after being hit by a truck while attempting to cross OK Highway 3 late Tuesday night.

Lane, 18, died after being hit by a pickup truck traveling eastbound near Broken Bow just after 11 p.m.

McCurtain County EMS pronounced Lane dead on the scene while the driver, Dustin Anderson, was not injured in the crash.

Lane attended Eagletown High School, according to her bio on Facebook.

“As you all may know, the beautiful Stormie Lane has finished her earthly journey. This is a great loss and an unimaginable tragedy. We are asking for donations for her Parents to assist in the funeral cost and other expenses,” a post from one Laney Mooney on Facebook said.
