According to Miami PD, police were dispatched to a local hotel regarding an unresponsive female on May 31.

“She was transported by Miami Fire Department to Mercy Hospital where lifesaving efforts were conducted,” Miami Police Department’s Public Information Officer told E! News , “but unfortunately, she was pronounced deceased at the hospital.”

It emerged after Jacky Oh death that some of Dr. Zach’s Former Plastic Surgery Patients Filed Lawsuits Against Him and Complained That He Allegedly “Mutilated” Them.

Page Six reveal Okhah filed a lawsuit against his former client, Leile Penn, in July 2021 for over $30, o000 after she alleged the surgeon “mutilated” her in a RealSelf review.

Okhah contended her claims are “false” and accused the disgruntled patient of “directly engaging with” prospective clients and advising them to select another doctor.

However, the lawsuit was dismissed in December 2021 without prejudice.

In addition, the Miami cosmetic surgeon filed a lawsuit in September against Kyla Neirenburg for stating he doesn’t have any “happy patients,” the outlet reports.

She alleged his Google reviews were not created by his actual patients but “written by their own staff or friends. ”

Dr. Okhah filed a suit, the publication reports, for $30,000, but this case was also dismissed without prejudice in December 2021.

DC Young Fly has finally broken his silence following the sudden death of his partner Jacky Oh.

“We thank everyone for their well wishes and ask for privacy during this difficult time,” he said in a statement to People magazine. Football star Odell Backham Jr., also shared a statement from the family of Jacky Oh, whose real name is Jacklyn Smith. “It is with [sad] hearts we share with you that Jacklyn aka Ms Jacky Oh has passed away on Wednesday, May 31st 2023,” the statement read. “Our family is still processing this very tragic and unexpected loss; we ask that you please give us privacy during this time.”

In a tribute, Jacky Oh’s colleague B. Simone reflected on how Jackie Oh “lived life to the fullest.”
