Christina Ashten Gourkani was an American model who gained popularity on Only Fans and Instagram as a Kim K lookalike.

Gourkani marketed herself as a Kim Kardashian lookalike and often showed off similar facial features to the popular American socialite. She went by the username Ashten G on social media.

The late model was 34 years old when she died of a cardiac arrest on April 20th 2023, allegedly after a botched plastic surgery. She was born in October 1988 and remarkably, her birthday and Kim Kardashian’s are only a day apart!!! Her ethnicity was Iranian-American.

According to her family, Ashten underwent a medical procedure that took a turn for the worse. She suffered a cardiac arrest and died soon after.

“It is with deep sorrow and an emensly heavy broken heart that we have to share the most shattering, unfortunate and unexpected passing of our beautiful beloved daughter and sister Christina Ashten Gourkani,” her family wrote.

“In the early morning hours at approximately 4:31am on 4/20/2023 our family received a tragic phone call from a family member who was frantically screaming and crying histaricaly on the other end of the line….Ashten is dying…Ashten is dying…A phone call that instantly shattered our world and will forever haunt our family for the rest of our lives.

“After arriving at the hospital shortly after the phone call our family continued living a nightmare as we were informed that her health and wellbeing had continued to decline in a downward spiral for the worse after suffering from a cardiac arrest,” her family added.#

It’s not known when Gourkani sprung into the limelight but she made a name for herself as a remarkably authentic Kim K lookalike.

She underwent surgeries to get a crazy body like Kim, ending up with massive body parts she comfortably flaunted on her social media handles.

She made majority of her income from Only Fans and Sext Panther where she sold her services as a model.

Unfortunately, she died too soon, passing away in April 2023.

If you knew Ashten you knew that everyone mattered to her. She was such a caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone’s face she crossed paths with. She was the kind of person that would kneel down and talk to children at eye level, she searched for the lonely person in the corner and made them feel special as she has such a gift of connecting with people. On many occasions I’ve seen her turn her adversarys into life long friends just after 10 seconds of pouring her charismatic joy, positive energy and her beautiful smile that she gave to those around her.
