Who is Wei Fen Ong Carrollton Tx? A U.S mother has been arrested after stabbing her husband and driving her car into a pond with her kids inside.

The suspect was arrested by Carrollton Tx police and identified as one Wei Fen Ong.

The Carrollton, Texas mother is accused of stabbing her husband on the morning of Friday, November 17th 2023 and then driving her car into a pond with her kids inside!

Wei Fen Ong of Carrollton Tx had apparently tried to kill her husband and then driven off with their kids into a pond to commit a form of mass suicide!!!

Luckily, they were all saved.

Who is Wei Fen Ong Carrollton Tx and what did she do?

Just before 8 a.m. Friday, Carrollton police were called to a home on Tall Knight Lane by a man claiming he had been stabbed by his wife.

Minutes after officers responded to the stabbing, Lewisville police officers were called to a vehicle that had been driven into a retention pond off of Hebron Parkway.

Inside the vehicle, police found a woman, later confirmed to be the wife of the stabbed man, and three children, ages 8, 9 and 12.

Lewisville police and firefighters were able to pull the women and two of the children from the vehicle.

A third child was able to free themselves.

One child was resuscitated at the scene by a Lewisville police officer whilst another was revived on the way to the hospital by Lewisville paramedics.

All four were taken to the hospital but one child is in critical condition and the two other children are stable, according to police.

According to Fox 5 Atlanta, it’s unclear what led to the stabbing and attempted suicide and police are still investigating to find out.

Wei Fen Ong Carrollton Tx is charged with one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon resulting in serious bodily injury and three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

She is currently in custody at the Carrollton Police Department and will be transferred to Denton County Detention.

Stabbing Incident Related to Lake Car Crash

Carrollton, Texas – Carrollton Police are actively investigating a domestic violence incident involving a man stabbed with a knife in the 4400 block of Tall Knight Lane, as well as a related accident wherein a vehicle drove into a lake near the 900 block of Hebron Parkway in Lewisville.

CPD and Carrollton Fire Rescue responded to a call on Friday, November 17 at 7:48 a.m. from a man alleging he had been stabbed by his wife.

Carrollton Fire Rescue transported him to a local hospital for further treatment, and he is currently expected to survive.

In a separate 911 call in the City of Lewisville, Lewisville PD officers responded to a report of one adult woman-later confirmed to be the wife of the stabbed man-and three children, ages 8, 9, and 12, who were inside a vehicle that had been driven into a lake.

All occupants of the vehicle have been transported to local hospitals, and the adult woman is in police custody pending criminal charges.

One child remains in critical condition while the others are reportedly stable.

Family members have been notified and are cooperating with the police investigation. There is no active threat to the public,”

The statement later added an update…

“Update: 6:00PM- Suspect Wei Fen Ong is in custody at the Carrollton Police Department and will be transferred to Denton County Detention facility.

“She is charged with one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

“All charges are being filed with Denton County District Attorney,”

Reactions

Local media spoke to people who witnessed the rescue of Wei Fen Ong Carrollton Tx and her kids from the pond she drove her car into, where deep tire tracks are still visible, showing the vehicle’s path into the pond.

“Oh my heart sank, I have children. I have grandchildren, so I’m very sensitive to that,” said Audreyanna Lagunes, who lives nearby.

“She had to be going really fast. She had to be going more than 20-30 miles per hour, those are pretty deep,” Lagunes said. “What kind of toll is that going to take on the long run? How long they were under?”
