In a video of the incident, Officer Francesco Marlett and his muse, identified as Viriginia, steamily make out before his squad car.

Unfortunately for them, the entire incident ended up being filmed and shared online, which kicked up a furore and ended with Marlett being suspended.

She has a Facebook account, @paulamarlett where she has been providing intriguing and spectacular commentary on the viral video of her husband.
It was Paula who revealed that the woman in the video is known as Virginia Pinto and that she’s the mistress of Officer Francesco Marlett.
After the video first hit social media, Francesco Marlett wife shared the video on her page and captioned it: “There goes my husband and his Mistress,”
As people were commenting on the issue, she added more entertaining commentary.
“I mean thank you but I’m not doing OK,” she said in reaction to queries.
“It constantly pops up on my f**king newsfeed and I have to constantly re-watch it over and over again,”
In a follow-up statement, Francesco Marlett wife Paula provided more information about Virginia and her husband’s affair.
According to her, Virginia herself is married but has been dumped by her husband due to cheating with Paula’s husband.
So the two of them have both ditched their marriages and carrying out a sordid affair – in public!!!!
Paula Marlett wrote: “Thank you everyone. Yes this is a very tough time for me and my kids. As embarrassing and painful as this is please check in on us. We need the support the love and most of all the respect from the community and our families.
“Yes I know what’s been going on. No, I am not updating anyone on this situation after today.
“Virginias husband left her a$$ a long time ago bc she cheated so she and my husband decided to do this behind my back for years. I’m not seeking anyone else’s input, I don’t need anyone’s opinion.
“My life is my life. I will make decisions according. I Love you all. Except for you Virginia you can rot in hell b*tch. Virginia Pinto,” she concluded.
The viral video of Francesco Marlett and his mistress which has got his wife ticked off was recorded on Labor Day by a young man playing soccer with his friends, identified as Nelson Ochoa.
According to him, he recorded the video at Southlawn Park in Oxon Hill.
“As soon as I started recording, a car pulled up and a young lady came out,” Ochoa recalled.
“We couldn’t believe what we were seeing, and what really made us go, ‘Wow, this is crazy,’ is when the car started rocking a little bit to the left and right.
“That’s when we were, like, this is crazy. In broad daylight with kids around.”
Ochoa said that Marlett and the woman drove off in opposite directions about 40 minutes after the liaison began.
“I’m glad I caught it on camera so Prince George’s could see what kind of officers they have working for them supposedly protecting the community,” he said.
The video also drew hilarious responses on social media.
“Pg cops don’t care.’ Kids can he heard and seen running nearby the couple” one netizen said.
“This needs the ‘you about to lose your job’ sound,’ said one TikTok user. “Should’ve called the cops… oh,”
A third added: “Meanwhile a lil old lady somewhere getting robbed or worse,”

Officer Francesco Marlett with pg county police has been suspended after being caught in a viral video getting his freak on whilst on duty.
The video went viral on social media Tuesday, showing Francesco Marlett and a woman, whom his wife Paula has identified as his mistress Virginia, entering a squad car to have a romp after kissing a bit outside.
The video first shows the pair kissing as the woman touches the officer’s head. The woman then heads to the back of the car, with the officer’s arm around her.
According to one Nelson Ochoa, who recorded the video, the couple spent about 40 minutes in the back of the car before driving off in separate directions.
After the video went viral, PG county police responded with a statement.
“PGPD Executive Command is aware of a video circulating on social media with one of our officers As soon as we became aware earlier today, we opened an investigation to determine the circumstances,” the Department tweeted earlier on Tuesday.
“Additional information will be released once investigated and confirmed,”
In an updated statement, Prince George Police Department revealed the officer involved had been identified as Francesco Marlett.
“The officer has been identified. His police powers are now suspended as the investigation continues,” the updated statement read.
According to reports from multiple sources, Francesco Marlett, who is married to his wife Paula with whom he has a couple of kids, has a chequered history in the force.
He has been suspended at least twice before his latest suspension, one for allegedly brutally assaulting the child of an ex-girlfriend.
His first suspension occurred in 2016 when he was suspended without pay after being charged with child abuse for allegedly knocking his then-girlfriend’s three-year-old boy unconscious.
According to reporting from MailOnline and others, Francesco Marlett was indicted on one count of second-degree child abuse and one count of second-degree assault stemming from a December 2015 incident.
Prosecutors alleged at the time that he was watching his girlfriend’s three-year-old son on December 27 while she was making dinner, and began spanking the boy after he wet the bed.
As he was spanking the child, the boy’s head hit the wall and he lost consciousness, prosecutors alleged.
“There is no excuse for Officer Marlett’s actions,” Angela D. Alsobrooks, who was then the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney, said in the statement at the time. “No matter what may have happened, striking a defenseless child and causing this type of injury is never acceptable,” she added.
For whatever reason, the charges against Marlett were later dropped and expunged and he remained on the PGPD force.
His second suspensio occurred when he was suspended for a month in May 2023 after being accused of domestic violence. He only returned to the force in June and is now facing his third suspension!
Francesco Marlett is married to Paula Marlett, but their marriage appears to be in difficulty, as the woman he was spotted in the video with is allegedly his mistress.
