In the video, a uniformed police officer and a then-unidentified woman are seen kissing as the woman touches the officer’s head. The woman then heads to the back of the car, with the officer’s arm around her.

She opens the door before getting in, with the officer joining her. 

The footage was originally posted to TikTok on Monday night and garnered more than two million views. 

The poster wrote: “Pg (Prince George) cops don’t care.” as kids can be heard and seen running nearby the couple.

The couple in the video were later identified as Prince George police officer Francesco Marlett, who has been suspended twice in his career before – and Virginia Pinto.

Pinto was outed by Paula Marlett, the wife of the officer in the video. She called Pinto out for cheating with her husband and said she (Pinto) herself had been dumped by her husband for cheating!

After the video first hit social media, Francesco Marlett wife shared the video on her page and captioned it: “There goes my husband and his Mistress,”

In a follow-up statement, Francesco Marlett wife Paula provided more information about Virginia and her husband’s affair. 

According to her, Virginia herself is married but has been dumped by her husband due to cheating with Paula’s husband.

Paula Marlett wrote: “Thank you everyone. Yes this is a very tough time for me and my kids. As embarrassing and painful as this is please check in on us. We need the support the love and most of all the respect from the community and our families. 

“Yes I know what’s been going on. No, I am not updating anyone on this situation after today. 

“Virginias husband left her a$$ a long time ago bc she cheated so she and my husband decided to do this behind my back for years. I’m not seeking anyone else’s input, I don’t need anyone’s opinion. 

“My life is my life. I will make decisions according. I Love you all. Except for you Virginia you can rot in hell b*tch. Virginia Pinto,” she concluded.

Pinto hit back with her own post later in the day – also accusing Mrs Marlett of cheating.

“Not that I owe anyone an explanation, this girl has been cheating on her husband for a while now herself. I know everything. Everyone look this is life and y’all know nothing. I’ve done nothing wrong. 

“All I wanna say is y’all have the wrong info. Paula Marlett isn’t saying the whole story which I understand but please dont be mad at me because your husband wants me,” she wrote.

It was Paula who revealed that the woman in the video is known as Virginia Pinto and that she’s the mistress of Officer Francesco Marlett.

As people were commenting on the issue, she added more entertaining commentary.

“I mean thank you but I’m not doing OK,” she said in reaction to queries.

“It constantly pops up on my f**king newsfeed and I have to constantly re-watch it over and over again,”

The viral video of Francesco Marlett and his mistress which has got his wife ticked off was recorded on Labor Day by a young man playing soccer with his friends, identified as Nelson Ochoa.

According to him, he recorded the video at Southlawn Park in Oxon Hill. 

“As soon as I started recording, a car pulled up and a young lady came out,” Ochoa recalled. 

“We couldn’t believe what we were seeing, and what really made us go, ‘Wow, this is crazy,’ is when the car started rocking a little bit to the left and right. 

“That’s when we were, like, this is crazy. In broad daylight with kids around.” 

Ochoa said that Marlett and the woman drove off in opposite directions about 40 minutes after the liaison began. 

“I’m glad I caught it on camera so Prince George’s could see what kind of officers they have working for them supposedly protecting the community,” he said.

The video also drew hilarious responses on social media.

“Pg cops don’t care.’ Kids can he heard and seen running nearby the couple” one netizen said.

“This needs the ‘you about to lose your job’ sound,’ said one TikTok user. “Should’ve called the cops… oh,”

A third added: “Meanwhile a lil old lady somewhere getting robbed or worse,”

Officer Francesco Marlett with pg county police has been suspended for the 3rd time in his career after being caught in a viral video getting his freak on whilst on duty.

The video went viral on social media Tuesday, showing Francesco Marlett and a woman, whom his wife Paula has identified as his mistress Virginia Pinto, entering a squad car to have a romp after kissing a bit outside.

After the video went viral, PG county police responded with a statement.

“PGPD Executive Command is aware of a video circulating on social media with one of our officers As soon as we became aware earlier today, we opened an investigation to determine the circumstances,” the Department tweeted earlier on Tuesday.

“Additional information will be released once investigated and confirmed,” 

In an updated statement, Prince George Police Department revealed the officer involved had been identified as Francesco Marlett.

“The officer has been identified. His police powers are now suspended as the investigation continues,” the updated statement read.

This suspension is at least the third for Marlett, who was suspended without pay in 2016 when he was charged with child abuse for allegedly knocking his then-girlfriend’s three-year-old boy unconscious.

The charges were later dropped.

He was also suspended for one month in May 2023 after being accused of domestic violence, but returned to duty in June and was assigned to the Bureau of Patrol.

His 3rd came after the current case with his mistress, Virginia Pinto.

Prince George’s County police union boss Angelo Consoli told the Washington Post that the union was aware of the video, and that they stand behind their colleague until the investigation concludes otherwise.

“We support our officers during any and all investigations, and ask that people reserve any judgment until the facts come out,” Consoli said. 

“At which time, we’ll reevaluate our position.”
