Police report that a Missouri school teacher is accused of engaging in sexual activity with a student on school premises.

Hailey Clifton-Carmack was a Laquey High School Missouri math teacher who was arrested whilst visiting family in Texas after fleeing the state.

Hailey Clifton-Carmack, 26, faces charges including first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree statutory rape, s#xual contact with a student, and fourth-degree child molestation.

The charges are linked to the purported s#xual assault of a 16-year-old student, whose father was reportedly aware of the inappropriate relationship between the boy and the married teacher. 

The Garden Ridge Police Department arrested Clifton-Carmack last week based on an outstanding warrant, subsequently booking her into the Comal County Jail. 

Hailey Clifton-Carmack was divorced last year after her husband, Chance Carmack, filed for divorce. 

A judge finalized the separation in September, with details largely sealed.

Chance was an  amateur mix martial arts fighter and who had completed basic training in the U.S. Army.

The couple had two daughters, Sophia and Quinn.

Court documents state that Hailey Clifton-Carmack and a teen student had s#x during school and used other students as ‘lookouts’ – with the story taking over Instagram, Facebook and X!

According to a probable cause affidavit, one student informed police that Clifton-Carmack allegedly attributed her divorce to the boy. 

The student also mentioned discovering photographs of scratches on the teenager’s back, claiming they resulted from an encounter with Clifton-Carmack in the student’s driveway.

A second witness reportedly informed police that the boy’s father was aware of the relationship, stating that the father acknowledged the s#xual involvement and claimed that students were used as lookouts during school encounters.

The detective on the case interviewed Clifton-Carmack, who denied the allegations and voluntarily handed over her phone to authorities. 

However, when a search warrant was issued for the phone, she refused to provide the passcode on legal advice.

The affidavit further notes that Clifton-Carmack planned to leave Missouri for Texas, where she was subsequently arrested. Before departing for Texas during the holidays, she allegedly visited the boy’s house to bid farewell, as reported by the boy’s father.

The school system confirmed that Clifton-Carmack had left her position a little over a month ago, and there were no plans for her return. 

Laquey R-5 Superintendent Kent Stoumbaugh emphasized the gravity of the alleged misconduct, stating that immediate action was taken upon learning of the situation. 

An ongoing investigation is in progress, and the district does not anticipate her return.

According to court records, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department was contacted by the Laquey school resource officer who reported the relationship to the police. 

A student came forward and showed photographs of his classmate with scratches on his back to law enforcement. 

The teen said the scratches were from Clifton-Carmack after having sex with the teacher in the classmate’s driveway.

A Missouri father, Mark Creighton, is facing charges for letting his 16-year-old son sleep with his teacher. 

He is accused of endangering the welfare of a child. The teacher, Hailey Clifton-Carmack, has become a sensation on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. 

A witness told the father about the s#xual abuse between the son and the teacher. 

The father admitted that he was aware of the “s#xual relationship” between Clifton-Carmack and his son, and that they had students as lookouts when they had s#x at school.

The witness said the father was talking to Clifton-Carmack on the phone when they visited his house. 

The father said he allowed the relationship to happen because “they are going to do it behind my back so I may as well let it happen.” 

He also said he would lie for his son if needed. The father confessed to a Pulaski County detective about the relationship. 

The detective said in court documents the father “knew of the relationship of his minor child and the 26-year-old teacher and instead of reporting the information, he continued to cover for them and allowed the relationship to continue.”

Hailey Nichelle Clifton-Carmack, 26, from Waynesville, near St. Louis, was arrested by the Garden Ridge Police Department on Friday in Comal County. 

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department was informed by the Laquey school resource officer about a student who reported a s#xual relationship between a student and a teacher. 

The student who reported the relationship said a 16-year-old classmate showed them photos of his back with scratches. 

The classmate said the scratches were from Clifton-Carmack after having s#x in his driveway. The student said the teacher was “too friendly with students and sometimes will dress inappropriately at school.”

The student also said Clifton-Carmack talked about her personal life in class and was reprimanded by the administration for being too close with students. 

The court records say the superintendent of Laquey Schools notified the teacher about the allegations. 

Detectives went to the school district on December 8 to interview Clifton-Carmack and seized her phone. 

They said Clifton-Carmack denied having any relationship with any students outside of school. Detectives found conversations on Clifton-Carmack’s phone between her and the student about their relationship. 

Two days before Christmas, detectives received an anonymous tip that Clifton-Carmack was leaving for Texas but was going to see the student before she left. 

Another witness said they went to the student’s house on January 3 and talked to his father about the relationship. They said the father was aware of the s#xual relationship between his son and Clifton-Carmack. 

Court documents say Clifton-Carmack left Missouri for Texas around December 23.

Reagan Anderson

Naughty Holly Hill Academy teacher Reagan Anderson has reached infamy after she was charged with two counts of s#xual battery against a student at the private South Carolina school.

Anderson is acccused of assaulting the teenager twice – first on October 22 on Bunch Ford Road and again on October 28 in a parking lot outside a Pizza Hut, according to an arrest warrant. 

She allegedly also sent indecent photos to the 17-year-old on Snapchat.

Rumors began to swirl about the alleged illicit activity in early November, lawandcrime reports. 

Students and a coach reportedly noticed a photo of Reagan Anderson on the boy’s phone, as well as Snapchat activity that set off alarm bells. 

Investigators with the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office were notified and the suspect was arrested November 15th.

“We began investigating immediately after being notified of these allegations in order to prevent any further inappropriate contact with students,” Sheriff Leroy Ravenell said in a statement, urging others with any more information to come forward.

Making this all the more puzzling is the fact that Reagan Anderson is married to a loving husband, Ryan Anderson, and had reportedly welcomed a baby in July.

Following her arrest, Reagan Anderson was dragged before court Thursday, November 16th for a bond hearing.

Bail was set at $2,500 and Anderson was ordered not to have any contact with the victim or his family.

She was released with a GPS monitor the same day.

Laquey, Missouri

Laquey is an unincorporated community in Pulaski County, Missouri, United States. It has Zip Code: 65534 and Area Code: 573.

The community is on Missouri Route P approximately one mile south of I-44. It is about seven miles southwest of Waynesville and five miles west of the northwest corner of Fort Leonard Wood. 

The Laquey school is approximately one half mile southwest along Missouri Route A.

A post office called Laquey has been in operation since 1899.

The community was named for an area resident, Joseph John Alexander LaQuey. J.J.A. LaQuey was born in Kentucky in 1800, and settled in the Liberty Township area of Pulaski County. 

In 1875, J.J.A. was appointed the first Post Master of Bellefonte, in Liberty Township, near current day Laquey.

During the Civil War, Company G. of the 8th Missouri State Militia Cavalry based their camp in the area. The nearby Old Wire Road, served as a main route between St. Louis, and Springfield. Company G. of the Missouri State Militia patrolled the road, and escorted wagon trains along the route.
