Davido’s father Adedeji Adeleke was born on 6th of March 1957 to Mr. Raji Ayoola & Mrs. Esther Nnenna Adeleke in Enugu State, Nigeria. 

Adedeji grew up in Enugu State with his maternal Grandmother but eventually moved to Lagos where he commenced his education from the primary level. 

Davido father attended Ansar-Ud-Deen Primary School from 1965 to 1970, and when he graduated in 1970, proceeded to Seventh-Day Adventist Grammar School in Osun State for his Secondary School Education. 

Adedeji continued onto the next step in his educational journey by obtaining his West African School Certificate (WASC) in 1975. 

Adedeji Adeleke then left the shores of Nigeria to receive the best education and training which stood him in great stead in building up his net worth as a cunning businessman later in life.

The company was later incorporated as a Limited Liability Company on the 28th of December 1990. 

Pacific Holdings is now into Agriculture, Energy & Power generation and Freight services. 

In 1996, Davido’s father, Adedeji Adeleke established a non-profit NGO called Springtime Development Foundation (SDF) with the aim of bettering the lives of many Nigerians through Education, himself being a lover of Education.
