This Guy Talks Too Much - Reactions As Davido Declares Ronaldo His 'Very Good Friend'

Davido has revealed that Portuguese international footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo also known as CR7, is his ‘very good friend’.

Davido made the revelation while appearing as a guest on the latest episode of the ABTalks podcast, hosted by Anas Bukhash.

Davido revealed this whilst talking about how trolls often attack public figures like himself and Ronaldo.

The Nigerian ‘Unavailable’ hitmaker took the chance to lash out at Ronaldo’s critics after Portugal’s World Cup exit.

He said: “Look at [Cristiano] Ronaldo when he left the World Cup. He is my friend, by the way. He is my very good friend.

“When he [Ronaldo] left the World Cup, I remember being on the internet, and they [trolls] were abusing him so much, even after everything that he has done.”

In 2017, Davido paid tribute to Cristiano Ronaldo in his hit song ‘Fall.’

He also remains the only African artiste that Ronaldo follows on Instagram.

David Adedeji Adeleke OON, who is professionally known as Davido, is an American-born Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer. Davido was born in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, and raised in Lagos, Nigeria; he made his music debut as a member of the group KB International.

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro GOIH ComM is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a forward for and captains both Saudi Professional League club Al Nassr and the Portugal national team.
