Evil and Pathetic - Strong Reactions As Nigerian Man Marries New Bride on the Blindside of His Wife of 10 Years

A Nigerian man who told his wife he was going on a business trip only to be spotted marrying a 2nd wife is trending online.

The man has married a new bride on the blindside of his wife of 10 years, eliciting strong reactions with some dubbing him ‘evil’ and ‘pathetic’.

An Instagram page dedicated to brides in Rivers State, Rivers Brides, shared a photo of a newlywed couple – a man and his wife.

Sharing the beautiful photos, the page wrote: “A beautiful match made in heaven,”

However, comments immediately exposed the deception at play as many people revealed the man is already married.

According to narrations, the man left his family on Friday, told his wife of 10 years he was travelling for a business trip in Anambra only to be spotted marrying a new bride.

One particularly irked netizen wrote: “This is evil and pathetic. This man is married and left his wife on Friday, making her believe that he was only travelling to Anambra State, only to see this. Men fear God oh!!!”

Another said: “His wife of ten years doesn’t know about, this is not a match made in heaven,”
