Who is Cody Monroe Heron? An American Biker, also known as John Caroll, has been arrested in Philadelphia after stomping on a woman’s car.

Cody Monroe Heron, 26 of Frankford has been identified as the culprit in the viral video which spread like wildfire on social media over the weekend.

It showed Heron, or John Carroll, confronting a woman, now identified as Nikki Bullock, after his dirt bike hit her car.

He angrily jumped on the back of her vehicle and smashed in the glass, before later pulling a gun on Nikki!

His antics led to a police search for him and he was finally arrested and now faces charges.

Who is Cody Monroe Heron, Biker Arrested Philadelphia?

Cody Monroe Heron is an American biker who went viral on social media over his confrontation with a woman which saw him jump on her car and smash her glass – he also goes by the alias John Carroll.

The viral incident involving Cody Monroe Heron the biker occurred in Philadelphia.

The incident occurred at around 9 p.m. on Sunday night near Philadelphia City Hall and was filmed by a tourist aboard a sightseeing bus.

In the attack, a group of ATV and dirt bike riders converged at a red light and Heron was seen pulling aside Bullock’s red sedan.

During the stop, the pair – both still seated in their respective vehicles – began a dispute about changing lanes.

“They’re not paying attention to lanes,” Bullock would later say in her first interview following the incident.

“They’re just doing whatever. So I’m turning in the lane and he just hits the side of the car,”

After the collision, Nikki and Cody Heron exchange heated words leading to the biker to begin to physically attack her car.

In the stunning video, recorded by a tourist, the biker is seen climbing on the back of Bullock’s car, making sure to smash the rear window by jumping multiple times and stomping on it with both feet.

Stunningly, Nikki says her kids were in the back seat of the car when John Heron Sussex NJ engaged in his folly.

His actions forced Bullock to exit the car and confront him.

“He jumped up here with two feet. He stepped his first foot down. Didn’t work, so, then he was like… and, went through,” she continued.

Once confronted, Heron drops a handgun that had been held at his waist, and proceeded to pick it up and point it at Bullock.

However, the defiant mom still pressed forward – leading to them to exchange more words until Heron eventually backed away but not before headbutting her.

An unperturbed Nikki Bullock stood her ground and even pushed Heron when he was driving away on his bike.

Following the incident and the viral video, the Philadelphia police department sent out a statement with screenshots asking for help in identifying the perpetrator.

“The below suspect is wanted in connection to an aggravated assault and vandalism that occurred on 10/01/23 at 1400 S. Penn Sq. at appx 8:45pm.

“If you have any information about this suspect, pleace call or text…you can remain anonymous,” the statement read.

It paid off quickly, leading to the identification of Cody Heron Sussex NJ aka John Carroll.

Following his arrest, Cody was hit with 19 charges related to the attack, including aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats.

On Wednesday, several days after the incident, Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore revealed that a suspect had been taken into custody, believed to be Cody Monroe Heron.

Frank Vanore also thanked the public for their help in identifying the suspect from the grainy images taken from the video.

“Great tips from public and some outstanding detective work,” he said.

“SIG & Major Crimes Detectives have made an arrest overnight in the assault/vandalism that occurred on Sunday in center city, involving the male on the motorcycle,”

According to NBC News, Cody Monroe Heron, 26, is charged with possession of an instrument of crime, recklessly endangering another person and aggravated assault, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office said.

The perp, also known as John Carroll, is accused of assaulting a woman and her two children after the woman’s car was hit on the driver’s side Sunday night near City Hall.

He was among a large group of ATV, motorcycle and dirt-bike riders in the area.

Video of the incident captured Cody Monroe Heron kicking in the rear windshield of the woman – identified as Nikki Bullock’s car.

His stomping shattered glass all over her two children, ages 2 and 5, in the back seat, according to prosecutors.

“A firearm can be seen falling from the defendant’s waistband before he retrieves the weapon and threatens the victim with it after she confronts him on the street,” the DA said.

“Heron head butts her during the confrontation before returning to his vehicle and fleeing the scene.”

“I’m just grateful that my kids are okay. There’s not a scratch on them.

“It was just the simple fact that I had kids in the car. I just wanted to protect them, honestly,” the victim, Nikki Bullock said.

The 23-year-old said she was working for Uber Eats and she didn’t back down from the motorcyclist to protect her children.

“I’m glad my kids are OK. I’m glad nobody got hurt,” Bullock said.

“It could have gone way worse than it did. I’m just glad that video is not me dying on the internet.”

In the initial search the Philadelphia biker who was arrested for stomping on a woman, Cody Monroe Heron, he was identified as John Carroll of Sussex NJ.

A redditor who shared the video to the subreddit r/theMainCharacter captioned it: “John Carroll of Sussex, NJ The main character 🤡,”

We have also spotted several articles describing Heron as John Carroll.

John Carroll appears to be an alias of Cody Heron, at least according to the MailOnline.

“Not much is known about Heron, aside from an array of social media profiles that suggest he is a local motorist who also goes by John Carroll,” the publication writes on the identity of the arrested biker.

Whilst initially identified as Cody Heron of Sussex NJ, police have confirmed Cody Monroe Heron is actually of Frankford.
