A UK based Nigerian woman has been shot dead after returning home to bury her mother.
Bolanle Aworetan Omojuwa was shot by bandits on her way to Ibadan after her mum was buried in a ceremony held at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Omojuwa was said to have made a quick trip to Oyo state with her children after the funeral but was unfortunately shot dead in her car by bandits at the Guru Maharaji village, on the Lagos/Ibadan expressway.
The incident reportedly occurred Thursday, August 9th.
