26 years ago, on Saturday the 23rd of December, 1995, the beautiful babe known as Tacha was born.
She was born Anita Natacha Akide and the name Tacha organically arose out of that.
She’s an Ijaw woman of the Kalabari tribe located in the Western area of River State.

She grew up in a small town in Port Harcourt City, Rivers State, and thus got the nickname of PH City’s first daughter.

She rose to fame in Nigeria after appearing on the Big Brother Naija reality show.
Tacha was a top contestant on BB Naija: Pepper Dem, the 2019 edition of the show.
She was already popular online and had about 300,000 followers on Instagram before joining the show.
She was headed for a final berth until she was ejected for getting in a fight with eventual winner, Mercy Eke.
