Stacy Lee Austin is a 49-year-old Ohio Chick-fil-A owner who has been arrested for defiling a 15-year-old girl.

Stacy Lee Austin drove over 400 miles from his base in Belmont, Ohio to Salisbury, North Carolina to r*pe a 15-year-old child.

Austin was caught in the act after the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports regarding a breaking or entering incident.

Stacy Lee Austin is a 49-year-old Ohio man who has been arrested after being caught performing s*xual acts on a 15-year-old girl.

Stacy Austin owns a Chick-fil-A in St Clairsville, Ohio.

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Deputies said they responded to a home after receiving reports regarding a breaking or entering incident on March 5.

When they got to the residence, the homeowner told officers they came home to find Austin in their house with their child.

An investigation revealed Austin drove to the victim’s home from Belmont, Ohio, after communicating with the teen on social media.

The investigation also determined Stacy Lee Austin performed s*xual activities with the 15-year-old.

Deputies said they were able to locate Austin’s underwear in the trashcan of a bathroom in the home, along with some of the juvenile’s clothing.

Stacy Austin admitted to his crime under questioning, expressing worry about losing his job as owner of a Chick-fil-A in Ohio.

He has been charged with a statutory s*x offense with a child and is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under no bond due to the Pretrial Integrity Act.

Chick-fil-A released a statement: “We have zero tolerance for the type of serious conduct alleged. Stacy Austin currently is an independent franchise owner, but as the investigation and legal process continues, he will not be present in the restaurant,”

According to an online bio of himself, “Stacy Austin is an enthusiastic Owner/Operator who began his journey with Chick fil A in the early 2000s,”

The bio continues: Growing up in the Tar Heel state, he and his wife, Janet, met right out of high school in a church student ministry in the late 90s. Stacy and Janet both went to college in North Carolina, where Stacy received his Bachelor’s Degree from Gardner Webb University.

“With a passion for caring for and investing in others, Stacy spent many years as a part-time student pastor and still aspires to develop those in his store, encouraging ownership and growth. He, his wife, and four children enjoy spending time together and play an active role in the Saint Clairsville community,”

The bio continues: “Since a very young age, Stacy has had an entrepreneurial and hospitality mindset. Before he was 10 years old, he was going door to door selling Christmas cards and wrapping paper to make sure he had money to purchase his own gifts to give away.

“With hard work and never being afraid to back down from a challenge, Stacy started working with Chick-fil-A as a part-time employee in 2016. He expressed interest in being an Owner/Operator in 2018, eventually being selected in June of 2019.

“He and his family moved to Saint Clairsville, Ohio, to assist in opening the new free-standing Chick-fil-A in 2020,”

Per his LinkedIn, Stacy Austin held numerous jobs before owning a Chick fil A franchise.

Previous jobs include a General Manager at Seamless Mobility Solutions for four years between July 2008 and April 2012 and Strategic Account manager at the same firm for a year.

He was also a Senior Manager, Strategic Solutions for Panasonic USA between October 2014 and January 2016.

He had earlier joined the brand as an Area sales manager, a position he held for two years between April 2012 and October 2014.

Before opening Chick fil A in St Clairsville Ohio in 2020, Stacy Austin was also a Sales Manager for Sierra Wireless for a year in Charlotte and Senio Territory Account Manager for Panasonic USA for almost three years between June 2017 and January 2020.

Austin was selected as a Chick fil A owner in 2019, opened up shop in 2020 and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2021.

His bio claims he presented four employees with scholarships and had also been selected for a mobile food truck.

Achievements of Stacy Lee Austin in 2022 encompassed presenting seven employees with Chick fil A Remarkable Future Scholarship and being nominated for Business of the Year.

Learning all these, there is no wonder the first worry he expressed after being caught was losing ownership of his business.

Alonzo Wyatt, a a Villa Rica High School counselor was also arrested after a similar offense as Chick fil A owner Stacy Lee Austin.

Wyatt was caught engaging in inappropriate relationships with students.

The 30-year-old is accused of having s*xual relations with one student on multiple occasions as well as inappropriately molesting two other students.

He has been arrested and charged with six counts of improper s*xual contact by a school employee and one count of criminal attempt.

Initially, Alonzo Wyatt was accused of engaging in a s*xual relationship with one student on multiple occasions.

During the investigation however, two other victims who were being counseled by Wyatt were identified.

The investigation found that during counseling sessions, Wyatt made inappropriate comments to the two students, solicited them for s*x and groped them.

Wyatt has been charged with six counts of improper sexual contact by a school employee and one count of criminal attempt.

Following his arrest, the Villa Rica Police Department released a statement detailing their findings.

“On February 16, 2024, the Carroll County School District notified the Villa Rica Police Department of an allegation that had been made to them in reference to a Villa Rica High School employee being involved in an inappropriate relationship with a student,” the statement begins.

“The Criminal Investigations Division (CID) identified the suspect as 30-year-old Alonzo Wyatt, a full-time counselor at Villa Rica High School.

“The investigation initially revealed that Mr. Wyatt had engaged in a sexual relationship with a student at the high school on multiple occasions.

“During the investigation of this relationship, two other victims were identified. Thus far, the investigation into the additional victims found that they were being counseled by Mr. Wyatt.

“During the counseling, Mr. Wyatt made inappropriate comments, solicited them for s*x, and groped them.

“The Villa Rica Police Department is actively continuing the investigation as information becomes available.

“Currently Mr. Wyatt has been charged with 6 counts of Improper Sexual Contact by a School Employee 16-6-5.1 and 1 count of Criminal Attempt 16-4-1 to commit 16-6-5.1.

This investigation revealed a pattern of predatory behavior by Mr. Wyatt. He was in a position of trust at the school and students depended on him for assistance, advice, and safety.

“Mr. Wyatt clearly and continuously broke that trust and preyed on the students that he was in charge of supervising and assisting.

“This case has taken some time to investigate due to all the complex digital cell phone evidence and numerous victims and witnesses.

“The police department would like to encourage parents and guardians to have a conversation with your students to ensure they have not witnessed or experienced any concerning behaviors while being counseled by Mr. Wyatt.

Belmont

Belmont, where Stacy Lee Austin resides, is a village in central Belmont County, Ohio, United States. The population was 414 at the 2020 census.

It is part of the Wheeling metropolitan area.

Belmont was originally known as Wrightstown, and under the latter name was laid out in 1808 by Joseph Wright.

The name was switched to Belmont in anticipation of being the county seat of Belmont County.

St. Clairsville, however, was given the honor of having Belmont County’s center of government. The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad cut through the town until its dismantling in the 1980s.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.27 square miles (0.70 km2), all land.

Belmont is also located approximately one mile south of Barkcamp State Park.

The Village is also part of the historic Drover’s Trail that winds through the hills and valleys of Belmont County.
