San Fransisco police announced the arrest of Scott Fisher Thursday, weeks after her murder.
Kimberly Wong was found dead in her Presidio Heights home last month and her boyfriend was the main suspect but went on the run.
Police found Scott Fisher Databricks about 45 miles east of San Francisco in Contra Costa County.

Who is Scott Fisher Databricks?
Scott Fisher, 29, is a San Francisco man who has been arrested for the murder of his girlfriend, tech worker Kimberly Wong.
Wong, a product designer for the financial tech firm Plaid, was found dead Nov. 30 after police responded to a welfare check.
Homicide detectives were investigating the death as a domestic violence case.
Neighbors revealed she lived in her apartment with her boyfriend, Scott Fisher, who could not be located in the aftermath of her death.
He was finally arrested with San Francisco Police confirming he was booked at the county jail at 12:51 p.m. Thursday.
According to his online presence, Scott Fisher was a Partner GTM Strategy & Operations at San Franscisco-based software company Databricks.

Scott Fisher graduated from San Ramon Valley High School in 2013 and proceeded to the University of California Berkeley where he studied economics.
He was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society.
His LinkedIn profile revealed he worked as an intern with three companies before landing formal employment – interning with Pro-Form Laboratories in Benicia, at the U.S. House of Representatives in Richmond and working as a marketing intern at Flexport in San Fran.
He started work as a Partner, GTM & Services operations and sales development at the company Docusign from October 2017 to February 2022.
In March 2022, Scott Fisher landed his current position at Databricks as Senior Analyst, Partner GTM Strategy & Operations, a role he held till October where he appears to have left for undisclosed reasons.
Scott Fisher was reportedly dating Kimberly Wong, a tech worker in San Francisco when she was found dead in her Presidio Heights home November 30th.
Neighbors told the media that Fisher lived in the apartment at 3295 Clay St. with Kimberly Wong whilst voter records and a note on their apartment buzzer also show the pair lived together.
Nevertheless, Scott Fisher could not be found in the aftermath of Wong’s shocking death after his arrest Thursday by SFPD.
A statement from the San Francisco Police Department shared on Facebook announced the arrest of Scott Fisher Databricks.

“On November 30, 2023, at approximately 7:12 p.m., San Francisco Police officers responded to a residential building on the 3200 block of Clay Street regarding a well-being check. Officers arrived on scene and located an unresponsive adult female.
“Officers rendered aid and summoned paramedics to the scene.
“Despite life-saving efforts made by responders, the victim was pronounced deceased.
“Investigators from the San Francisco Police Department Homicide detail are investigating this incident.
“Through the course of the investigation, the suspect was identified as, 29-year-old male Scott Fisher.
“On Thursday, December 7, 2023, investigators located Fisher in Concord, CA at approximately 10:25 a.m. and arrested him.
“Fisher was booked into San Francisco County Jail on the charge of homicide (187(a) PC).
“While an arrest has been made this remains an open and active investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the SFPD Tip Line at 1-415-575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the text message with SFPD.

Who is Kimberly Wong SF?
Kimberly Wong was a 27-year-old tech worker who was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend, Scott Fisher Databricks.
Wong was found unresponsive by police in her apartment November 30th this year.
According to her LinkedIn bio, she was a software engineer at Autodesk.
Her LinkedIn bio read: “Currently at PlanGrid under Autodesk Construction Solutions as an Software Engineer working under Infrastructure within Deployment Platform Engineering to build and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
“Highly interested in automation, site reliability, and supporting developers with the best tools!
“I enjoy facing new challenges – whether learning about new frameworks and tools or working on something out of my comfort.
“I love to keep processes organized and documented!”
Scott Fisher Databricks girlfriend Kimberly Wong, whom he allegedly murdered, revealed more about herself in a profile on her personal website.
Her profile read: “I’m currently a UX Designer at Splunk, where I spend my time designing technical experiences for technical users.
“During my time at Splunk, I’ve helped design a number of products and services spanning from developer documentation sites to code-scanning utility tools.
“Before jumping into San Francisco’s tech scene, I graduated from the University of Washington’s Human Centered Design and Engineering (HCDE) B.S. program, where I sparked an interest for bridging the gap between people and technology.
“Here, I worked with Amazon Global Security Operations on my senior capstone, and spent time leading the Society of Women Engineers and Women in User Experience student organizations.
“When I’m not pushing pixels, I love creating illustrations, doing crosswords, cooking, doing yoga, and getting outdoors for a morning cycling excursion or a hike,”
Following her murder, her current employers released a statement.
“We are devastated at the news of Kim’s passing. She was smart, talented, positive, and a valued member of our team who made an impact on everyone who worked with her. Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to her family and her friends.”

Neighbors and co-workers of Wong’s were devastated to hear the news about her death.
“Somebody that young and so smart. It’s just, why?,” said Alberto Forero, a former co-worker who sat next to Wong.
“It’s so senseless,”
Forero said the pair would make software together. He described her as ‘positive, smart and energetic.’
Another neighbor said Wong was “the last person I would expect something like this to happen to,”
A recommendation on her LinkedIn page revealed how conscientious she was as a worker.
“Kimberly is awesome, she’s one of my most favorite people I’ve ever worked with. I hired her as a Business Development Manager, and she did an amazing job supporting Findly’s early sales efforts which grew our company 900%. What I like most about Kimberly is that I could give her a project, and she would figure out how to improve the process I gave her.
“I found Kimberly to be very ambitious and seeking to always to improve. I’m pleased to see her ending up getting promoted to Implementation Support Specialist. Kimberly comes highly recommended from everyone here at Findly,” Casey Kerr, a former manager wrote.
Following Fisher’s arrest, San Francisco Supervisor Catherine Stefani said the case was suspected to be domestic violence.
Wong’s killing appeared to be the first domestic violence-related homicide of the year in San Francisco, according to Beverly Upton, a San Francisco advocate against domestic violence.
