Nollywood actress Rita Dominic has reportedly given birth to twins, both girls in the United Kingdom, Nigeriabombshell.com has learned.

Rita Dominic and her husband hence welcome their first set of kids.

The Nollywood actress for a long time was not married, yet at 46 has been able to both find a husband and now welcome twin girls.

About Rita Dominic

The actress was born Rita Uchenna Nkem Dominic Nwaturuocha in Imo State, Nigeria.

She was the youngest of her parent’s four children.

Rita hails from a Royal family, the Royal Nwaturuocha family of Aboh Mbaise local government area in Imo State.

Rita Dominic’s parents were highly accomplished – her father was a medical doctor whilst her mother was a nursing officer.

Dominic schooled at the prestigious Federal Government College, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State.

She attended the University of Port Harcourt where she graduated with a BA (Honours) Degree in Theatre Arts in 1999.

Rita acted in plays throughout her childhood until she joined Nollywood and her career took off like a rocket.

She fought her way up to become one of the most legendary Nollywood actresses of all time.

Dominic has appeared in over 100 Nollywood productions since her film debut in 1998’s A Time to Kill.

She won the City People Awards in 2004 as the Most Outstanding Actress.

Rita Dominic married her husband Fidelis Anosike on 19th April 2022.

Fidelis is a Nigerian writer, entrepreneur and media mogul who is the founder of Folio Media Group, owners of the Daily Times Newspaper.

The Daily Times Newspaper is one of the oldest and most authoritative newspapers in Nigeria.

He was born in Imo State, Nigeria to Mr and Mrs Anosike who had 6 children,  4 boys and 2 girls.

On September 21st 2022, Rita Dominic and her husband welcomed a set of twins – both girls.
