Rich Major, a popular big boy in Edo State has been arrested for armed robbery just a few days after flaunting bundles of cash, cars and houses online.
Rich Major was part of a group of hoodlums and thugs arrested for alleged armed robbery by the youth of the state on the morning of Tuesday, February 14th 2023.
The suspects who form a notorious robbery gang allegedly robbed and terrorised residents of the Amagba area of Benin City, the state’s capital.
A major operation by critical elements of the youth led to the arrest of the notorious gang, who counts among its members Rich Major.
The gang allegedly attempted a robbery operation which went wrong, leading to their arrest.
The police took over their arrest and they have been placed into custody pending being charged in court.
A few days prior to his arrest, the so-called Rich Major was on social media flaunting his wealth including bundles of cash, luxury cars and houses.

Rich Major is a popular Edo big boy, known for being wealthy and displaying said wealth on social media at every chance he gets.
His real name is not currently known but he was well known in certain circles of the internet.
He was fond of displaying his wealth until his fateful arrest on Valentine’s Day 2023.

Police operatives in Edo State arrested a suspected notorious gang of armed robbers for terrorising the Amagba area of Benin City, the state’s capital.
Among the suspects who were arrested on Tuesday morning, February 14, was popular socialite and tiktoker, Rich Major.
It was gathered that the suspects were nabbed by youths of the community during a failed operation.
This comes days after Rich Major flaunted bundles of money, house and luxury cars online.
