A Nigerian woman, Amenze Rita, has been killed in Italy by her Italian husband after filing for divorce.
Pierangelo Pellizzar, 61-years of age, shot and killed Rita, 31 years old, on Friday, September 10 in Noventa Vicentina.
He reportedly ambushed her in the parking lot of the of the company she worked at on Friday morning.
Pierangelo reportedly laid in wait for Amenze on Friday morning and shot her four times when she arrived to work, killing her instantly.

The Italian was pissed that Amenze, who he married in 2018, wanted to move on from him.
She arrived in Italy from Libya in 2017.
She had filed for divorce after returning to Italy from a recent trip to Nigeria.
The suspect fled the scene of the murder in a Cherokee Jeep which was later found abandoned at his brother’s house.
The police have started a manhunt to arrest and prosecute Pierangelo.
