Laila has unfollowed her husband and his darling wife, Regina, to show her anger at Regina taking over all the attention of Ned.
The elderly wife Laila took Regina under her wing since the young lady married the old man but their relationship appears to have turned sour.

He flew her and her daughter, Munir, to London to have a good time.

It seems Laila has never gotten any of this public show of love from Ned before and that has p*ssed her off against her husband and Regina.
