Issac E Hollis, 25 years old, is an American male who has been arrested annd charged for a shooting outside a Walmart store in Columbia, Mo.

A deadly shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Conley Road Walmart in Columbia late Monday night.

Columbia Police released a statement on Facebook that read: “At approximately 8:20 p.m., on March 18 Columbia Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 400 block of Conley Road that left one person dead.

“Upon their arrival, officers discovered an adult male victim with multiple gunshot wounds. Officers administered emergency medical care until EMS arrived on scene.

“The victim was transported to a local hospital where he later died. Next of kin has been notified.

“Through investigation, officers identified the suspect as Issac Hollis, 25, of Columbia. Hollis has been arrested for first-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

“This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652 or CrimeStoppers at 573.875.TIPS (8477) to remain anonymous,”

Witnesses allegedly told police that the victim and Hollis were arguing with each other at the Walmart when the shooting occurred.

The witness allegedly said the victim was running away when they were shot.

Video footage from the Walmart allegedly showed Hollis arrive in a silver/gray vehicle and two other people arrived in a Ryder box truck, a probable cause statement from police says.

The footage allegedly shows another person exit Hollis’ vehicle.

The victim and Hollis were allegedly seen yelling at each other in the video and Hollis shot the victim in the back as they walked to the vehicle, the statement says.

Hollis was allegedly seen walking back to his vehicle and fired more shots as the victim tried to run away.

Hollis was arrested and booked into the Boone County Jail on Tuesday, according to online jail records.

He was jailed without bond and a court date has not been set.

Police are yet to identify the victim pending notification of next of kin.

The shooting occurred in Columbia, which is a city in the U.S. state of Missouri.

It is the county seat of Boone County and home to the University of Missouri.

Founded in 1821, it is the principal city of the three-county Columbia metropolitan area.
