Israel DMW and DJ Cuppy

In February 2021, Israel courted trouble after publicly revealing the reason he claimed made Zlatan Ibile block billionaire Femi Otedola‘s daughter, DJ Cuppy.

He wrote: “Kudos to someone like Zlatan, who took a bold step, by flushing out a full fake friend like Cuppy, who was just using his head, all in his name of ‘my papa na Otedola.

“Zlatan did a hit collabo with her, ordinary one kobo, e no see. She also took Zlatan to Abuja, for her fundraising, where she made billions of Naira, and didn’t even remember Z for one Kobo till tomorrow. No accommodation, no feeding. Zlatan had to even spend his own money at Transcorp Hilton, to [cater] for everyone including me. This na 2021 abeg.“

DJ Cuppy sued Israel for his claims for defamation of character and libel.

However, she later dropped the suit after a public apology from Israel, which made him come out to publicly thank her.

Israel DMW accident

In February 2022, Israel was involved in an accident, crashing a new car he received as a gift from Davido.

According to video reports that emerged from the scene of the accident, the aide to the music star was involved in a head-on collision with another car. There are reports of recorded casualties from the scene of the accident.

Davido suspended Israel in 2021 after he publicly declared support for the embattled police officer, Abba Kyari.
