Chioma Rowland Adeleke is a Nigerian media personality and chef, the undisputed spouse of Nigerian-American recording artiste, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido.

Chioma was born in Owerri in Imo State, Nigeria, where she grew up with her two sisters, Jenifer and Ifunanya.

Chioma Rowland went to a public primary school in Owerri, Imo State. She then attended a secondary school in the same state, where she received her African senior school certificate.

She furthered her education at Babcock University reading economics. Chioma dropped out of University in the 3rd year after meeting Davido.

Ifeanyi was born in London. United Kingdom. He held dual American and Nigerian citizenship prior to his death due to Davido’s American citizenship.

Ifeanyi shockingly died in a swimming pool incident at Davido’s mansion on Banana Island, Lagos.

Davido and Chioma were out of town and Ifeanyi was left in the care of his nanny, who lost track of the boy.

He fell in the pool and was underwater for an unspecified period of time before he was found.

A police autopsy confirmed Ifrnayi’s cause of death as drowning.

His music blends traditional African elements with global mainstream pop. Davido is widely regarded as one of the most successful, biggest and most influential African artists of all time.

He is the current most followed African artist on Instagram and Twitter.

Davido won the Next Rated Award in 2012 at The Headies after releasing “Dami Duro”, the second single from his debut studio album Omo Baba Olowo(2012). Between 2013 and 2015, he released a number of hit singles, and in January 2016, he signed a record deal with Sony Music.

He then founded the record label Davido Music Worldwide (DMW), to which acts Dremo, Mayorkun, Peruzzi and Liya have been signed.
