BET Awards 2022 Winners – Tems Makes History – Full List of Winners

BET Awards 2022 Winners – Nigerian singer Tems made history as the first female singer from the country to win a BET award.

Born Temilade Ogeniyi, Tems won the Best International Act award at the event held the night of Sunday, June 26th 2022.

The 2022 BET Awards was held at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.

Tems beat competition from a host of artistes including Fireboy DML, Little Simz, Fally Ipupa, Dinos, Dave, Tayc, Ludmilla and Major League DJz.

She made history as the first female Nigerian act to win the award, following in the footsteps of the likes of Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy.
